The fine print

50-guest minimum

Our pricing model assumes a minimum of 50 guests. For smaller intimate events, ask about our private chef experience.

Outdoor / open-air setup

Wood-fired ovens require an outdoor or open-air space. Indoor venues with a licensed commercial kitchen can host a branded interactive experience instead.

Travel beyond 60 mi

Mountain venues and locations beyond 60 miles of Boulder include a travel fee covering trailer, fuel, and crew time.

Booking & deposit

A 30% deposit secures your date. Final guest count and menu are locked 14 days before service.
