Because we cater with portable carts and modular wood-fired ovens instead of a tow-behind trailer, we can set up in venues most pizza caterers have to turn down — rooftops, mountain meadows, narrow historic venues, and tight urban courtyards.
We routinely travel as far south as Denver, west into Boulder and the foothills, north through Loveland and Fort Collins, and up the canyon into the Estes Park area.
