When you submit our quote form, contact form, or planning quiz, we collect the information you provide: name, email, phone number, event date, venue or city, guest count, event type, services of interest, and any notes you share. We also record your email and SMS marketing consent choices.

• respond to your inquiry and prepare a custom quote;
• coordinate logistics for your event;
• send transactional messages (confirmations, reminders, follow-ups);
• with your opt-in, send marketing emails or SMS about Fiama events, menus, and offers.

We only send marketing emails or SMS messages if you actively check the consent box. You can opt out of email anytime via the unsubscribe link, or opt out of SMS by replying STOP. Message and data rates may apply. We do not sell or share your phone number or SMS opt-in data with third parties for their marketing purposes.

We keep inquiry and event records for as long as needed to service your event and meet our legal and accounting obligations, then delete or anonymize them.

Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
