Legal
Terms & Conditions.

Agreement
These Terms govern your use of fiama.pizza and any catering or event services you book with Fiama Pizza, a brand of Bean & Rose Hospitality Group ("Fiama," "we," "us"). By submitting an inquiry, signing an event contract, or using our site, you agree to these Terms.
Bookings & quotes
Online inquiries are not confirmed bookings. A date is reserved only after we've issued a written quote and you've signed the event contract and paid the required deposit. Pricing is valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise.
Deposits & payment
A non-refundable deposit (typically 25% of the total) is required to hold your date. Final guest counts are due 14 days before the event, and the remaining balance is due 7 days before the event unless agreed otherwise in writing. We accept major cards and ACH; card payments may include a processing fee.
Cancellations & rescheduling
Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations made more than 60 days before the event forfeit only the deposit. Cancellations within 60 days are charged 50% of the contracted total; within 14 days, 100%. We'll work with you in good faith to reschedule for weather or unforeseen events.
Site, weather & safety
Our wood-fired ovens require an outdoor or open-air setup on a stable, level surface, with clear access. You're responsible for any required venue permissions, fire-pit/heat-source approvals, and a safe operating area. We reserve the right to relocate or modify service if conditions are unsafe.
Allergies & dietary needs
We accommodate common dietary needs (gluten-free, vegan, vegetarian) when requested in advance. Our kitchen handles wheat, dairy, eggs, and tree nuts; we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Guests with severe allergies should consult our team and use their own judgment.
Photography
Unless you opt out in writing, we may photograph our setup and food at your event for portfolio and marketing use. We do not photograph guests as subjects without permission.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fiama's liability for any claim arising out of an event is limited to the amount paid by you for that event. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Website use
The content on fiama.pizza — text, images, branding — is owned by Fiama or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission. The site is provided "as is" without warranties.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Larimer County, Colorado.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site or services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
